Normal Ending
Pick up a glass vial from the table then read the instruction book and note (You can pick up more vials, but we will only need one for this ending)

Walk away from the table.
Pick up the Book on the floor

Take note of the statue in the back of the room, you will need to return to this later
Leave this room and head down the hallway on the right side, Walk all the way to the end and through the wooden door.
Through the door is books to the left, read the book on flowers, now we know what goes in indent 3, click on the bookshelf again and read the book on crystals, this one gives us a hint on what to place in indent 2.
There are other books to read further down the hall, but they’re not useful.
Head back out of that room and back all the way to the middle of the library, then head all the way down the left hallway and through the wooden door.
Walk to the end of the room, where the statue is and read the book ’Els Etiro’ you can compare that book with the translated version you picked up, now you know what item goes in indent 1.

Now you can head into each realm, I’ll start with the Princess’ book because it’s the nearest from where we are.
Back out of that room and walk left.

Use the realm lens on the book.
Walk forward twice until you see a raven, speak with that raven and ask them about the wolf.
They will tell you a truth and a lie:
The wolf likes red wine.
The wolf hates their own reflection.
You can talk to them about everything else, but that’s the information you need.
Because this is a game of deduction, you may want to enter each realm just to ask everyone about the wolf, just to obtain every truth and lie, so you know what you’re looking for, which we will do now.
Head back to the realm stone and use the realm lens on it.
Back at the library walk to the next book on the lectern, the Wizard’s book and use the realm lens once again to enter.
Head to the right down the wooden pier.

Talk to the fisherman and ask about the wolf.
“The wolf doesn’t sleep.”
“The wolf hates tea.”
Head back to the realm rock and to the library.
Walk to the right hallway and use the lens on the Witch’s book.
Walk forward twice and ask the toad about the wolf.

“The wolf never uses potions.”
“The wolf likes nuummite.”
Head back to the library and use the lens on the last book, the Knight’s book.
Walk left, then forward and head inside the tavern to ask the barkeep about the wolf.
Now we have all the information we need to start snooping around their belongings:
The wolf likes red wine.
The wolf hates their own reflection.
The wolf doesn’t sleep.
The wolf hates tea.
The wolf never uses potions.
The wolf likes nuummite.
The wolf never reads.
The wolf hates flowers.
Now we need to figure out which ones are true.
If you talk to the barkeep some more, you find out that the knight is staying in a room upstairs.
Head up the stairs in the tavern to the room the knight is staying in.

Look at everything in the room.
What we found out:
He slept in his bed
He reads
He drinks red wine
There’s a mirror
He drinks tea
Now leave the tavern and pick up a flower just outside, then back to the split in the road, walk forward and pick up the pendant on the floor.

Walk back and to the right.
Enter the cave and walk forward twice.

Look at the items around the knight, he uses potions.
Talk to him and exhaust dialogue.
Show him the pendant and flower you picked up:
He likes nuummite and doesn’t like flowers.
Head back to the library and to the next book, the Witch’s book.
Walk forward, then left and enter the cottage.
You can talk to the witch and her cute cat.
Show her the pendant and flower, also look at the bottle behind her.
She like nuummite, flowers and uses potions.
Head into the next room.
Look at everything here.

What we found out:
She reads
She has a mirror
She drinks tea
She likes red wine
She doesn’t sleep
Head back to the library, then to the left hallway and to the Wizard’s book.
Keep walking forward and enter the tower.
Look at everything in this room.

What we find out:
He drinks tea
He drinks red wine
He reads books
He uses potions
Now walk upstairs and talk to the Wizard, show him the pendant and flower, and look around the room.

He has a mirror
He doesn’t like flowers
He likes nuummite
He doesn’t sleep
Head back to the library and to the next book, Princess’ book.
Walk into the trees to the right.

Talk to the princess and show her the pendant and flower, also look at the potion bottle next to her.
She hates flowers
She uses potions
She doesn’t like nuummite
Head back and then forward to the castle, walk forward twice then right, to the bedroom
Look at everything here

What we find out:
She doesn’t sleep
She has a mirror
She drinks tea
She drinks red wine
Head back and walk forward to the library
You can find a book and a note

She likes to read.
So now we know that…
The Knight:
He slept in his bed
He reads
He drink red wine
He has a mirror
He drinks tea
He likes nuummite
He doesn’t like flowers.
He uses potions
The Witch:
She reads
She has a mirror
She drinks tea
She likes red wine
She doesn’t sleep
She Likes flowers
She Likes nuummite
She uses potions
The Wizard:
He drinks tea
He drinks red wine
He reads books
He uses potions
He has a mirror
He doesn’t like flowers
He likes nuummite
He doesn’t sleep
The Princess:
She hates flowers
She uses potions
She doesn’t like nuummite
She doesn’t sleep
She has a mirror
She drinks tea
She drinks red wine
If we compare them to:
The wolf likes red wine.
The wolf doesn’t sleep.
The wolf likes nuummite.
The wolf hates flowers.
The wolf hates their own reflection. [they all have a mirror, lie]
The wolf hates tea. [they all drink tea, so this is a lie]
The wolf never uses potions. [they all use potions, this is a lie]
The wolf never reads. [they all read, lie]
Now to find which fits all the criteria…
Only the witch likes flowers
They all like red wine
Only the princess hates nuummite
Only the Knight sleeps
So it has to be…
The Wizard.
Head to the Wizard’s book and collect the blood from the fish on the wooden pier, with the glass vial.
Walk to the front of the tower, then left, pick up a blue flower.
Then enter the tower and head upstairs, pick up the black pyramid from his desk.
Head back to the library and to the room in the middle.
Walk to the statue in the middle of the room.
Place the items in the indents [the ones we translated from the instruction book in our journal]

So we place the items…
Fish blood in indent 1
Pyramid in indent 2
Blue flower in indent 3
[you can also examine the items in inventory with right click, all items should be from the wizards book]
The items should disappear.
Walk back to the Wizard’s book to see it destroyed, now leave.
You’ve now finished the first ending of The Wolf In The Story

On the note is a hint about where to place the items (and where to find them, we already picked them up though).
Carry on down the right hallway and through the door.
Walk towards the statue and place the brain in a jar on the statue.
Now head to the statue on the left side and place the golden goblet on the statue.
You will hear a click.
Now head to the center of the library to find a secret panel open and a dagger on the floor, pick up the dagger.

Head all the way back to the wizard’s book and to the secret room we opened in the small cave (to the right of the tower).
Insert the dagger into the statue in the middle of the room.
